My tip would be to save it as a .png, not as a .jpeg unless you put the quality on 12. The effect is nice, in fact I have no idea how you did it, but the bad quality really destroys the project.

Text contrast is too low, colors of rainbow in the "7" are clashing w/ the rest of the image. Try to create a "white hot" effect for the text and logo. It would help balance out the contrast between the text and the rest of the image. On the positive side, the reds are nice and you have a great concept coming, just needs a touch up. Keep going, it should be nice when finished.
